The Asia Pacific Leadership Program (APLP) brings together diverse individuals committed to co-creating a future that is peaceful, prosperous, and just. Through place-based, experiential, and transformational learning, APLP fellows practice leadership strategies that enhance personal, team, and community effectiveness.
For over 22 years, APLP has cultivated leaders motivated to create positive impacts across the Asia Pacific region and beyond. As an incoming fellow, you’ll join a powerful network of 700+ alumni from 45 countries worldwide.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated commitment to the Asia Pacific through professional work, study, or living experience
- Bachelor’s degree (US or international equivalent)
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience
- No citizenship, age, or ethnicity restrictions
- Fluent in English (English language test scores encouraged)
Desirable Qualifications:
- Proven leadership track record
- Willingness to fully engage in experiential leadership training
- Deep involvement in an impact initiative
- International experience and intercultural exposure
- Experience with cohort learning and teamwork
